Woodend Beach Holiday Park

Woodend Beach Holiday Park is well situated just 25 minutes north from Christchurch Airport. Turn at the Gateway Hotel in Woodend and travel 3 kms to the end of the road where you will be amazed by 55 acres of parklike grounds right beside a sandy beach safe for swimming, surfing and fishing. Wake to the sound of the waves and native birds.

Close wineries such as Waipara Springs Wines, Pegasus Wines and Mudhouse Winery also great fishing on the Waimakariri River and the Ashley River and situated on the Pegasus Bay Walkway linking Kairaki Beach and Waikuku Beach. Three golf courses are within 8 kms at Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Pegasus Town and great meals are available at the Gateway Hotel where they will pick you up in their courtesy shuttle from the holiday park and drop you off afterwards.

Accommodation include powered and nonpowered sites, cabin, motel unit, kitchens laundrys, showers and toilets. The kids will stay entertained with three playgrounds, a bmx track, minigolf and our own resident noddy train. There are bbq areas, broadband and wi fi internet access, bird aviaries and a camp shop.
