The Internet Access Company will install all computers at no cost to the Site Holder.

This means ...

• All equipment, apart from chairs, is included.  i.e. desks, computers, wiring, instructions, signage etc.
• Depending on usage and, if we are your sole guest provider, we will pay up to 100% of your broadband bill.
• We cover costs of vandalism and / or theft.
• Refunds Service:  If customers have experienced a problem with the computer, whether by their own actions, failure of an ISP or a hardware failure, The Internet Access Company have an unquestioned refund policy and will reimburse the customer.

In return all we ask is that you help us keep the workstations (kiosk) clean and telephone us, on our 0800 number if any problems arise.

You will receive either commission or a site rental income.  The rate is dependent on the amount of use your site gets, the system type and what type of telephone connection your machine has.

Coin Operated:

Our coin-operated systems have their own internal audit trail.  An employee from The Internet Access Company will seal the takings and then deliver to Chubb Protective Services for counting and processing.  Commissions are paid quarterly to your nominated bank account by company direct credit, accompanied by a GST invoice prepared on your behalf.

PIN Cards:

The PIN cards are pre-sold to you at a wholesale rate, which you on sell to your clients at the retail rate.  We recommend retail rates, but the mark up you put on these cards is your decision.  Minimum purchase amounts may apply.

Wireless:

Our wireless system commission is paid monthly, based on approved debits.
